random notes
it's amazing how we've all grown. meeting up with bunches of girlfriends over the past week reminds me how fortunate i am to be able to count on them.
reading about behavioural econs in the course of work (by our fave lecturer, no less) , reminds me of my fave module which marries econs and psy together.
i admit - i do miss mugging.

just hoping to keep the faith
two quotes from my latest read (which, on a side note, makes me want to go to tibet, more than ever) - the open road: the global journey of the 14th Dalai Lama, by Pico Iyer.
stay happy, please.
hope, as vaclav havel has said, is not the belief that everything will end happily ever after; it probably won't. it is simply the belief that something makes sense, regardless of how things turn out, and even if that sense is not apprehensible to us.
you do not heal problems just by shouting at them; you look at them and offer what you can.
stay happy, please.

circularity
if sleep was all you wanted, how can i deprive you of such basic needs?

-ha jin, the crazed.
