whoever said guitar was easy? spent the whole of today figuring out the song and i still cant hear a tune outta it! ): doesnt help that i have sweaty palms!

school's tmr! ahhh! but i enjoyed my usual (but now defunct and v ancient) rush-free, relaxing weekend alot alot. wun have much of these weekends anymore, sadly. just lazing ard hse, watching tv, playing the guitar, cleaning up my room/table, filing up worksheets, cleaning away dust, looking thru yearbooks/letters/notebooks, spending bonding time w my guitar and fingers, surfing the net, and READING A BOOK. basically doing things i like, and commitment free time. i love!

i borrowed three books, greedy greedy me. i've started on this local novel called 'shakespeare can wait' about a teacher's time and his experiences on teaching lit in the early days at a neighbourhood sch where students seem uninterested in lit and english, but actually its really the non-commitment of other teachers that caused it. really interesting considering lit is a fave subject. almost done reading it! :) finally a good read!
